SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Customer care
Customer service is available from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Communications and orders received after 6:30 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

How can I track my order?
Orders for ready-to-ship jewelry are usually processed within 48 hours. For custom orders and/or pre-order jewelry (not ready to ship but made to order), it may take 2-4 weeks after the order date.
You will receive a tracking code and a link to track your shipment in your order confirmation email.

Shipments within Italy and the European Union are made via courier or Poste Italiane with express registered mail.
Shipments to non-EU countries are made via Poste Italiane with trackable express registered mail.

What are the shipping costs?
  • Shipping within Italy via SDA courier costs €7.

  • Shipping to European Union countries is €13 up to 350g via UPS or Poste Italiane.

  • Shipping to non-EU Zone 2 (America, Africa, and Asia) is €20 up to 350g.

  • Shipping to non-EU Zone 3 (Oceania) is €25 up to 350g.

Shipping costs, unless otherwise stated, are added to the total order cost and will be specified during checkout before the customer completes the purchase process.

Shipping Times

  • Italy: 1-2 business days.

  • European Union: 2-15 business days, plus shipping time.

  • Rest of the world (Zone 2 and 3): 10-25 days, plus shipping time (excluding customs processing time).

How can I return an item?
Under Article 52 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, No. 206, as amended by Legislative Decree 21.02.14 No. 21 (the "Consumer Code"), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need for explanation and without penalty, within 14 days of receiving the product, under penalty of forfeiture.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for items that have been personalized at the customer’s express request.
To exercise this right, the customer must send a written communication to Nokike within 14 business days from the date of receipt of the purchased products.

This communication should be sent:

  • By email to noi@nokike.com within the 14-day period. Once we receive your withdrawal request, Nokike will promptly provide instructions on how to return the products.

The customer must return the items to Nokike’s premises without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date they communicated their intention to withdraw from the contract.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.
The item must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all accessories and replacement parts, in the original packaging, complete with all parts (including packaging and any documentation, etc.).
Returns/exchanges can also be made at our physical store; please contact us in advance.
The returned product must not have been worn or used by the customer. The customer may only handle the product to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, but will be responsible for any decrease in value resulting from handling other than what is necessary for this purpose.
Nokike reserves the right to refuse returns that are communicated or shipped late, or returns of items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.

What is your refund policy?
We will issue a refund within 48 hours of receiving the returned package, with no additional fees.
Nokike is not responsible for damages, theft, or loss of products returned via uninsured shipping. Upon arrival at our warehouse, the product will be inspected for any damage or tampering not caused by shipping.
If the terms and conditions mentioned above are not met, the customer will not be entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal.

What are the refund methods?
Refunds will be made via one of the following methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card: If the payment was made via credit/debit card, the refund will be credited back to the account.

  • PayPal: Payments made through PayPal will be refunded automatically via PayPal’s instant refund system.

  • Bank Transfer: For orders paid via SEPA bank transfer, the refund will be made via a bank transfer to the account holder.
