Shipping and Returns

Customer care
Customer service is available between 11am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
Communications and orders arriving after 18.30 on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

How do I track my order?
The order is normally processed within 48 hours.

Only in exceptional cases (for example during sales or customizations) it may take 3/4 or more working days following the date of the order.

A TRACKING code will be provided with the order confirmation email to be able to track the shipment.

Shipments for  Italy are carried out by traceable courier.

Shipments to EU and non-EU countries are made with traceable express mail.

What are the shipping costs?
All theNational shipments I amFREE for bulk ordersequal to or greater than €150

The cost of traceable shipments by courier destined for Italy for orders with an amount of less than €150 is €7.


The cost of shipments destined for countries belonging to theEuropean Union (including North Africa) is €10 up to 350 gr, €12 up to 1kg and €19 up to 2kg via express shipping with tracking.

Shipping for European Union countries areFREE for bulk ordersequal to or greater than €250.


The cost of shipments destined fornon-EU countries - zone 2 (America, Africa and Asia)  it is €13 up to 350 g, €18 up to 1kg, €29 up to 2kg with express shipping with tracking.

For thenon-EU countries - zone 3 (Oceania)  it is €18 up to 350 g, €24 up to 1kg, €35 up to 2kg with express shipping with tracking.

Shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated, are added to the total cost of the order and are specified during checkout, before the customer completes the purchase process.

How can I return an item?
Pursuant to art. 52 of the legislative decree 6 September 2005, n. 206, as amended by Legislative Decree 21.02.14 n° 21 (the "Consumer Code"), the "consumer" Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, within 14 days of receipt of the purchased product under penalty of forfeiture.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on items that have been personalized at the express request of the customer.

To exercise this right, the Customer must send Nokike a written communication within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the purchased products.

This communication must be sent:

- by email to the following address noi@nokike.comwithin the aforementioned 14-day period. Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, Nokike will promptly notify the Customer of the instructions on how to return the products.


The consumer must return the products to Nokike's headquarters without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the contract.


The shipping costs relating to the return of the product as well as the related charges and duties will be borne by the Customer.

The purchased item must be returned in its entirety and intact, with all accessories and any spare parts, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation, etc.).

The returned Product cannot have been worn or used by the Customer. The Customer will only be able to manipulate the product in order to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning but will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from handling other than that necessary for this purpose.

Nokike reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent back late, or returns of items that are not in the same condition in which you received them.

What is your refund policy?

Within 48 hours of receipt of the package we will refund you without any additional costs.

Nokike is not liable in any way for damage, theft or loss of products returned by uninsured shipments; upon its arrival (in the warehouse), the Product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.
If the above terms and conditions are not respected, the Customer will not have the right to use the right of withdrawal.

What are the payment methods for the refund?

There are three types of refunds. 


If the payment was made by credit/debit card or bank transfer, the refund will be re-credited to the current account.

Payments received via Paypal will be made automatically via the immediate refund system.


For orders paid by Cash on Delivery or SEPA Bank Transfer, the refund will be issued by bank transfer made out to the sender.
