Shipping and Returns

Customer care
Customer service is available from 10am to 6pm from Monday to Friday.
Communications and orders that will arrive after 5.30pm on Friday will be taken over on the following Monday.

 
How do I track my order?
The order is normally processed within 48 hours.

Only in exceptional cases (for example during sales or customizations) 3/4 or more working days after the date of the order may be necessary.

A TRACKING code will be provided with the order confirmation email to be able to track the shipment.

Shipments to Italy are made by traceable courier.

Shipments to EU and extra-EU countries can be made by non-traceable or traceable ordinary mail.

 

What are the shipping costs?
All national shipments or shipments to countries belonging to the European Union are FREE for orders of an amount equal to or greater than € 200.

The cost of shipments to Italy for orders less than € 200 is € 8.

 

The cost of shipments to countries belonging to the European Union for orders with an amount less than € 200 is 8.50 up to 350 g or € 13 by courier and with tracked shipping.

 

The cost of shipments destined for extra-EU countries is € 13 up to 350 g or € 20 over 350 g with untraceable shipping, or € 39 up to 1 kg via express mail and with tracked shipping.

 

The shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated, are added to the total cost of the order and are specified during the checkout, before the customer completes the purchase process.

 

How can I return an item?
Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206, as amended by Legislative Decree 21.02.14 n ° 21 (the "Consumer Code"), the "consumer" Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, within 14 days of receipt of the purchased product under penalty of forfeiture.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on items that have been customized at the express request of the customer.

To exercise this right, the Customer must send Nokike a written communication to that effect, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the purchased products (for this purpose the Customer can use the typical withdrawal form attached to the order).

 

This communication must be sent:

• by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed to: Nokike via de' Serragli 122R - 50124 Florence, Italy
• or via email to the following address noi@nokike.com
within the aforementioned period of 14 days. Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, Nokike will quickly communicate to the Customer the instructions on how to return the products.

The consumer must return the products to the Nokike headquarters without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the contract.

The shipping costs for returning the product as well as the related charges and duties will be borne by the customer.

The purchased item must be returned in its entirety and intact, with all the accessories and any spare parts, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation, etc.).

The returned Product cannot have been worn or used by the Customer. The Customer will only be able to manipulate the product in order to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning but will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the product resulting from a manipulation other than that necessary for this purpose.

Nokike reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent back late, or returns of items that are not in the same condition in which you received them.

What is your refund policy?

We will refund you within 48 hours of receiving the package at no additional cost.

Nokike is not responsible in any way for damage, theft or loss of products returned by uninsured shipments; upon arrival (in stock), the Product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.
If the above terms and conditions are not respected, the Customer will not have the right to take advantage of the right of withdrawal.

What are the payment methods?

There are three types of payment.

- CREDIT CARD *
If you pay by credit card, every purchase is made in total safety. Payment data are collected by the STRIPE POS circuit through an advanced technological coding system, using a secure server to ensure maximum protection of your confidential data, and ensuring reimbursement if problems arise. For some time VISA and MASTERCARD have introduced new security measures called Verified by VISA and MASTERCARD SECURECODE. They provide for registration on their websites with the assignment of new personalized security codes. If you encounter problems during the payment operations, do not hesitate to contact us.

- PAYPAL
PayPal is a complete payment method, accepted in 190 countries, for national and international payments. You can pay using this system even if you do not have a PayPal account, but with your card easily and safely. All major credit cards are accepted.

- CASH

You can pay in cash for the Pick Up collection at the shop .
