Since 2011 I have been creating handcrafted jewelry as a personal need, a shared feeling that reaches everyone's desire to feel good about themselves.
An idea of goldsmithing that does not collect a primary need: the creation of contemporary artisanal jewelry is the natural landing place for a creative development project that starts from afar. From my scholastic education, from the study of modern and contemporary art, from photography. A precise identity that comes from curiosity and the desire to understand how much beauty and innovation can provide us with everything that revolves around life; from nature to works of art to arrive at ancient manufacturing techniques, children of a tradition to which I turn when I go to design and create my minimal and organic artisanal jewelry.
All this inside Nokike, my small artisan workshop in the centre of Florence, where everything is entirely handmade : from the conception to the design and up to the creation of my unique and unrepeatable jewels.

The lost wax casting technique
Feeling and heart, customization and research but also a lot of study and learning of the classic techniques of modern and contemporary goldsmithing, necessary for the creation of my handcrafted jewels. And it is precisely one of these that has been able to capture my interest and conquer the
more attention: the lost wax casting technique.
A way of creating unique and unrepeatable jewels that allows me to give ample space to creativity and experimentation with shapes, themes and materials. Nature is undoubtedly one of the recurring stages from which to draw inspiration for my contemporary jewels but not only, thanks to the infinite choice of subjects and the varied opportunity of solutions it offers. Nature changes, moves and evolves and this is the concept that I want to also belong to my unique and unisex jewels: never the same, always evolving and easily customizable. We can play with many different solutions but also with the use of more or less precious, sculptural, soft metals that can meet every need . Lost wax casting but not only. So much study and so many different paths to always acquire new life from which to draw inspiration for my work: welding techniques, electroforming, silicone molds, ceramics and sand casting , are just some of the classic and modern techniques that I use and combine to create my creations. Last but not least, a careful choice of materials and metals and a extraordinary attention to the care of the jewel .

Curiosity has always been the basis of my work. Ever since I was a child and I enjoyed taking pictures of everything I didn't know or designing clothes for my dolls. From there I started to get to Nokike, the atelier where all my handmade jewels are born here in Florence. A lot of study and sacrifice but also the passion for work that comes from life experiences and the vocation of the heart. A sentimental inspiration moves creativity, intersects knowledge and develops through the handmade. Touching the materials and imagining them new forms, breathe the emotion of nature and try to replicate its wonder, listen and listen to yourself to make that emotion that every day pushes us beyond become the fuel for new dreams.
Tradition is necessarily in every movement that shapes the idea. Tradition is the track in which the wagons of emotion draw the road for a new contemporary goldsmithing that goes beyond the material and the form to push itself towards transcendental areas. The unique jewels that I create inside the Nokike space are small pieces of me that I want to give to those who will be able to grasp their originality, the fruit of the handmade that I am able to express in my work.
This is how I want to imagine the woman, the man, the Nokike customer: multifaceted but determined, sophisticated and always looking for something that can enhance their uniqueness, like that of my handcrafted jewels.

Nothing is left to chance and nothing comes without a deep motivation. The fruitful and systematic collaboration with different local structures is crucial to the realization of my work, which enrich every day the possibility of creating increasingly structured and unique handcrafted jewelry. Suppliers of materials and instruments, companies for the fusion of metals and for plating are organic cogs in a perfect mechanism that leads to the creation of objects that maintain within them the ethics of zero-mile production. The richness of the territory makes the difference. But not only that. Great interest is also placed in the packaging of my handcrafted jewelry: refined and sophisticated materials, matching colors and extreme attention to elegance, but also the use of paper and cardboard, totally recyclable and often already coming from recycled materials to reinforce the idea of a product that takes inspiration from nature and that wants to show respect to nature. Ethics and sustainability first of all, always.
Natural materials such as bronze or silver, hard and precious stones, united in the harmony of unique handcrafted jewels in which the sense of responsibility must never be a burden but a resource to draw from with both hands. A daily work that becomes a precious trademark where the ethical sense of territorial development and responsibility in the use of sustainable materials enrich with value all the creations of Nokike Atelier .
The diversity of each object, the imperfection that makes it unique, the creative process imbued in the work of a team that starts from far away but gathers in the same territory are all aspects that characterize the handmade expressed by my artisanal jewels. Unique rings, necklaces and earrings that enrich themselves with the creative process of which they are the tangible expression.
