Nokike by Herika Signorino (hereinafter "Nokike") with registered office in Via de' Serragli 90 - Florence, and operational headquarters in Via de' Serragli 122R - Florence, in its capacity as Data Controller, and creator and promoter of the activities available on the website www.nokike.com (hereinafter the "Site"), reserves the right to use personal data, voluntarily provided by Users, pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Regulation/2016/679, with the hereby informs the interested party that the personal data assumed concerning him, acquired by the Data Controller or which will be requested later and/or communicated by third parties, are necessary and will be used for the purposes indicated below. Nokike.com is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services. Your data may be stored in Wix.com's data storage, databases and general applications. Your data is stored by them on secure servers, protected by firewalls.
Data processing is carried out using IT tools and/or paper supports, by subjects committed to confidentiality, with logics related to the purposes and in any case in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. Processing of personal data connected to profiling also through cookies
