Where is Nokike jewelry created?
Nokike handcrafted jewels are made entirely in the goldsmith's workshop and shop in Florence. All the steps, even those that require the support of external laboratories, are all in the Florentine territory. So they are 100% made in Italy jewels.

How can I find out my ring size?
You can follow the instructions, the measurement table and all my useful advice on the practical Size Guide.
If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact me, even directly on WhatsApp, I will try to help me find the simplest solution.
What are the steps I need to follow to complete an order?
By accessing the cart area at the top right of the page, you will be able to view the list of products you have chosen with the possibility of viewing the details by clicking on the individual products. If you purchased 2 identical products, you will find them aggregated in your list. You can edit your list at any time by removing or adding products.
Each product in the cart can be modified. By clicking on the individual product, you will be redirected to the product sheet where you can change the quantities. Once you are sure of your choice, you will be asked to authenticate. You will be given the opportunity to register, without losing the selection of products you have placed in your cart. Having a personal profile will allow you to store a lot of data. Proceeding with the order you will have to choose the shipping method with which you want the order to be delivered to you.
Remember to enter the discount code if you have it! The total cost of the purchase will be recalculated. If you are entitled to discounts or promotions, your order total will be automatically updated and you will be given an indication of the benefit obtained. Finally, we will show you the summary of your order with the total price so you can proceed with the payment with the method you prefer. The page will show you a message indicating whether the purchase was successful and you will receive an order confirmation email.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay in complete safety by choosing the method you prefer between: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Google Pay, bank transfer, Klarna, PayPal or in cash, if you choose in-store collection.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping tracking number and tracking link. Shipments to Italy and European Union countries are made via courier or Poste Italiane with express registered mail.
Shipments to non-EU countries are made via Poste Italiane with traceable express registered mail. For further information go to the Shipping and Returns page.
How can I make a return or exchange product?
Returning or exchanging an item is simple and you have 14 working days to decide on it. For more information, see the Shipping and Returns page.
The shipping costs relating to the return of the product as well as the related charges and duties will be borne by the Customer. Therefore, I recommend making sure that the chosen product fits well in size by consulting the Size Guide and having read the characteristics of the jewel. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact me to receive more specifications.
Can I request an invoice in the name of my company?
Yes, but only for EU countries, just enter the correct data relating to your company in the billing address. Remember to specify that the purchase is on behalf of a company and the necessary data if you wish to receive the invoice. You will receive the courtesy invoice via email.

Is a repair service available?
Yes, I offer customers a repair service. You can come and visit me in the shop in Florence to request: size modification, cleaning, polishing, size adjustment and repair of your jewellery.
