How to choose your ring size

Each finger has a different size, so choose a ring that you wear on the finger you want to put the new one on.

Measurement methods

With a ring:

Measure the internal diameter with a ruler and compare it with the size chart (see link below).

Or use the Ring Sizer - Ring Fing app to find the correct size.

Without a ring:

Use a tape measure or a strip of paper.

Wrap it around the base of your finger, mark the overlap point and measure the length with a ruler.

Compare the circumference obtained with the measurement table (see the link below).

Useful tips

Hands are not the same: the fingers of the dominant hand tend to be larger.

Thin and wide bands: a thin ring is wider, while one with a wide band is narrower.

Swelling of the fingers: temperature affects the measurement, so consider any seasonal variations.

If in doubt, choose the larger size: it's easier to tighten a ring than to widen it.

Adjustable rings: can be adjusted about two sizes, you can widen or tighten them about two sizes. The basic size is indicated in the product information.

Metal oxidation

Bronze, brass and silver oxidize over time, especially due to the presence of copper. Contact with skin can cause a green halo, but it is a natural and harmless process, easily removable with soap.

How to care for jewelry

Avoid oxidation: store the jewelery in the original packaging or in airtight bags, away from air and humidity.

Water and humidity: remove bronze and brass jewelry before washing; if wet, dry them well.

Chemical products: avoid contact with creams, perfumes and aggressive environments (sea, swimming pool, SPA).

General cleaning: use a soft cloth to polish regularly.

Cleaning of jewelry

Bronze and brass: use a specific product or a paste of bicarbonate and warm water.

Silver: clean with neutral soap, toothpaste or specific products. The more it is used, the more it shines.

Plated jewellery: very delicate, clean only with a soft cloth, avoiding polishing liquids.

Jewelry with gemstones: remove before sleeping, playing sports or housework. Avoid bumps, falls and temperature changes. Keep away from aggressive detergents, soaps, perfumes and creams.

Order Tracking

Orders for jewelery ready for delivery are processed within 48 hours, while for personalized or pre-booked jewelery orders, production can take from 2 to 4 weeks.

After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code and link to track the shipment.

Shipments to Italy and European Union countries take place via courier or Poste Italiane (express registered mail), while for non-EU countries they are made with Poste Italiane and are always traceable.

Shipping Costs

Shipping to Italywith SDA courier costs €7. For orders over €150, shipping to Italy is free.

Free shipping to Italyfor purchases over €150

For European Unioncountries the cost is €13 up to 350g, with shipping via UPS or Poste Italiane.

Fornon-EU countries, the price varies according to the area:

Zone 2 (America, Africa, Asia): €20 up to 350g.

Zone 3(Oceania): €25 up to 350g.

Shipping costs are calculated and clearly shown at checkout before order confirmation.

Shipping Times

Deliveries to Italy take 1-2 working days.

For European Union countries, times vary between 2 and 15 working days, to which shipping time must be added.

For the rest of the world, delivery can take 10 to 25 working days, excluding any customs times.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt, as required by the Consumer Code. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products customized on request.

How to make a return

Send a return request via email within 14 days.

You will receive instructions on how to return the product.

Send the item to Nokike within 14 days of the request, with original packaging and in perfect condition. Shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

You can also make the return directly at the point of sale in Florence: contact us to make arrangements.

Return conditions

The product must not have been worn or used, except to verify its nature and functioning.

Non-compliant returns may not be accepted.

Nokike is not responsible for loss or damage in the event of uninsured shipments.

Refunds

The refund will be issued within 48 hours of receiving the package, at no additional cost.
